Savor the Flavor Tip #13 - Drink More Water

Quench your thirst by drinking water instead of sugary drinks. Stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of water if you are active, live or work in hot conditions, or are an older adult.  These recommendations from American Dietetics Association do not say enough about the importance of drinking water and low calorie decaffeinated beverages.  Remember are bodies are mostly water and every cell needs water.  Dehydration can lead to all kinds of problems and eventually death.  In our dry climate we need extra water, so drink you water.  Here is a picture of some of the benefits of water.
